I am a senior lecturer at the School of Economics, University of Edinburgh and a labour and public economics affiliate, CEPR. My research area is applied econometrics, with a particular focus on labor and family economics. My current research projects focus on fertility and female labor supply, parental leave systems, discrimination and the gender wage gap.
