Since 2006 I have been working as an economist/economist-statistician at the Bank of Italy. As of 2016 I am head of the Financial Flows Unit in the Economic Outlook and Monetary Policy Directorate.

Prior to joining the Bank of Italy, I was a post-doctoral researcher at Dipartimento di Economia, Finanza e Statistica - Università degli Studi di Perugia, where I received my Ph.D. in Statistics (2005).
