Since joining the Bank of Italy in 2006, I have worked as an economist and economist-statistician in various positions. Since 2026, I am Head of the Financial Flows Analysis Division within the Information Exploitation and Technological Innovation Directorate. Previously, I was Deputy Head of the same Division (2024-2026) and Head of the Financial Flows Unit in the Economic Outlook and Monetary Policy Directorate (2016-2024).

Prior to joining the Bank of Italy, I was a post-doctoral researcher at Università degli Studi di Perugia, where I received my Ph.D. in Statistics (2005).
