1997, 1998, 1999, Y2K ? ...
In these present 3 1/2 years, NOTE HOW all countries of the world, especially Canada, HAVE rapidly placed systems that can replace (virtually) all cash transactions by electronic, in preparation for the 666 system of buying and selling described in the Bible in the book of Revelation (Apocalypse) chapter 13, verses 16-18.
Please also note carefully the following quote from God's Word regarding this SOON coming event:
... If any man worship the beast and his image, and receive [his] MARK in his forehead, or in his hand, the same shall drink of the wine of the wrath of God, which is poured out without mixture into the cup of His indignation; and he shall be tormented with fire and brimstone in the presence of the holy angels, and in the presence of the Lamb: And the smoke of their torment ascends up for ever and ever: and they have no rest day nor night, who worship the beast and his image, and who ever receives the MARK of his name. Here is the patience of the saints: here [are] they that keep the commandments of God, and the faith of Yeshua. (Revelation 14:9-12)
Do NOT accept THIS MARK, even at the cost of your life, even though the authorities may tell you that THIS MARK in your HAND or FOREhead is necessary to eliminate theft, especially fraud regarding welfare, health care, and tax evasion, and that the new income will wipe out the various national debts and amply fund a guaranteed minimum annual income for everyone.
LOOK for THE PREparations, of this coming compulsory 666 MARK transaction system, to be fully implemented all around the world within this present 3 1/2 year timeframe.
AND WHAT IS THE SIGNIFICANCE of this present 3 1/2 year period?
In his account of the good news that Messiah had come, Matthew records the Saviour's words about this coming 666 system with its princely false-Messiah (i.e the anti-Christ) administrator. Messiah said to look and to see what Daniel, about 570 years earlier, was shown would happen.
About the year 539 - 538 B.C.E., Daniel was shown that a future 70 x 7 year period would lead up to the end of the age.
THE CLOCK would BEGIN at the command to rebuild the destroyed city and walls of Jerusalem. This reconstruction would take 7 x 7 years; 62 x 7 years later, Messiah the Prince would come, BUT BE CUT OFF, (i.e. killed).
Please note that 7 x 7 and 62 x 7 equals 483; there are exactly 483 x 360 days from Monday, March 14, 445 B.C.E., when this command, given by King Artaxerxes in his 20th year as King, in the month of Nisan, to Nehemiah, took effect and Palm Sunday, April 6, 32 C.E., the date Yeshua entered Jerusalem as the meek servant King, riding on a donkey. (Yeshua was at first praised, but then immediately rejected by the majority of His own people as their King and God's Anointed/Messiah).
A GAP would follow, during which the rebuilt Temple and city of Jerusalem would be destroyed by the people of a coming prince; (this coming prince is the anti-Christ, i.e., he takes the place of Messiah (Christ) as His vicar; and since Jerusalem was destroyed by Roman soldiers in 70 C.E., this indicates that anti-Christ will descend from Rome.)
However, Daniel saw that the CLOCK WOULD START AGAIN at an astonishing 7 year (peace) treaty WITH RABin/MANY. (Please note that the Hebrew for MANY is RAB, and that RABin, who initially confirmed, via his handshake, the 7 year treaty, on Septmeber 13, 1993, is the plural form of RAB). And in the middle of this final 7 years, the 7 years that would complete the total of 70 x 7 or 490 years, the sacrifice and giving (specified BY THIS VERY TREATY ITSELF) would CEASE/REST.
This would PRECIPITATE great desolations - THE TIME OF JACOB'S LABOUR PAINS (Jeremiah 30:7 Alas! for that day is great, so that none is like it: it is even the time of Jacob's trouble, but he shall be saved out of it.) - to the end of the age, leading to the unveiling of anti-Messiah, who deceives, overwhelms and stupefies all people great or small. All are later compelled by his charismatic co-hort, upon pain of death, to take his MARK in the right hand or forehead and to use his MARK, or 666 NAME, or NUMBER in order to buy or sell. This also leads up to the prophesied gathering of the armies of the nations of the world to Armageddon.
Please recall that FAMOUS HANDSHAKE "WITH RABIN" that began the 7 YEAR peace process between Israel and the Palestinians on September 13, 1993, and then with Jordan the next day, with several other nations lining up to get in on this accord. Three and a half years later brings us to March, 1997. God's Word informs us that in the middle of a 7 year peace treaty, a peace that really leads to the sudden destruction of Israel, (just as this present peace process seems to be doing), that anti-Christ CAUSES the sacrifice and giving (SPECIFIED BY the terms i.e. sacrifices/gifts of THIS VERY TREATY ITSELF - thus - LAND FOR PEACE) TO CEASE/REST; AND IT DID - AT PURIM March, 1997!
THUS, ... IT LOOKS LIKE THIS will lead up to the soon unveiling, of the false Messiah with his demands for worship and the subsequent worldwide use of his 666 buy and sell system, ... and to the gathering of the armies of the nations to Armageddon.
THEN, according to the True Saviour, 'Jacob' and the world will experience great labour pains; up to then, it is just early labour.
BUT THE GOOD NEWS IS that THIS most difficult time will be cut short by the Saviour, on behalf of His elect. And very shortly (i.e. immediately) thereafter, all the righteous dead will be raised at the FIRST RESURRECTION; and those who are right with Him who are alive and remain will also be changed, and will forever be with the Lord. AMEN!
There is still time to repent of all our lies, drunkenness, fornication, adultery, covetousness, and rejection of our Holy God and His Word, and to trust, love and obey His Beloved and Faithful Son Yeshua, who is the Word incarnate who loved us and gave Himself for us. For when all the children His Father has given Him have come to Him, Messiah is returning. This time, He is coming in the Glory of His Father, and of all the holy angels, and His own Glory that He had with His Father before the world began. He will then put down all insurrection to His Beloved Father and reward those who have loved Him and suffered for Him. With a loud shout, He will resurrect those who have died faithful to Him, and we who are alive and remain faithful, He will gloriously change to be like Him.
Are you ready for Messiah? If not, come to Him right now for forgiveness of ALL your sins, because ALL who call upon the Name of the Lord SHALL be saved. Bow before Him. Worship Him, as Creator, Saviour, and Lord, as King David did. Although He was King David's Lord, He became David's Anointed Son and is THE GREAT and MIGHTY KING who will rule on David's throne for ever!

Messiah is the Hebrew for Christ or Anointed with the Holy Spirit. For it pleased the Father that in Him should all fullness dwell. (Colossians 1:19)
When ye therefore shall see the abomination of desolation, spoken of by Daniel the prophet, stand in the holy place, (whoso readeth, let him understand:)
... For then shall be great tribulation, such as was not since the beginning of the world to this time, no, nor ever shall be. (Matthew 24:15,21)
Seventy weeks [from the general context, "seventy years in the desolations of Jerusalem", this clearly means 70 x 7 years] are determined upon thy people and upon thy holy city, to finish the transgression, and to make an end of sins, and to make reconciliation for iniquity, and to bring in everlasting righteousness, and to seal up the vision and prophecy, and to anoint the most Holy.
Know therefore and understand, [that] from the going forth of the commandment to restore and to build Jerusalem unto the Messiah the Prince [shall be] seven weeks and threescore and two weeks [totaling 69 x 7 = 483 years]: the street shall be built again, and the wall, even in troublous times.
And after threescore and two weeks [i.e. at the end of the 483 years from the "going forth of the commandment to restore and to build Jerusalem"] shall Messiah be cut off [killed], but not for himself [i.e. NOT on account of His own sins, for He was sinless and was that "LAMB of GOD" who was to die for the sins of the world]: and the people of the prince that shall come shall destroy the city and the sanctuary; and the end thereof [shall be] with a flood, and unto the end of the war desolations are determined.
And he [i.e. the "prince that shall come" of the previous verse, who comes from the same people who destroyed Jerusalem and the temple in 70 AD (CE), i.e the Romans], shall confirm the covenant with many [Hebrew = "RAB"; note that RABin, who signed the "7 YEAR PEACE and SECURITY ACCORD" comes from the plural of RAB] for one week: and in the midst of the week he shall cause the sacrifice and the oblation [gifts] to cease, and for the overspreading of abominations he shall make [it] desolate, even until the consummation, and that determined shall be poured upon the desolate. Zechariah indicates that 1/3 will be saved by Messiah.
And it shall come to pass, [that] in all the land, saith the LORD, two parts therein shall be cut off [and] die; but the third shall be left therein. And I will bring the third part through the fire, and will refine them as silver is refined, and will try them as gold is tried: they shall call on my name, and I will hear them: I will say, It [is] my people: and they shall say, The LORD [is] my God.
Behold, the day of the LORD cometh, and thy spoil shall be divided in the midst of thee. For I will gather all nations against Jerusalem to battle; and the city shall be taken, and the houses rifled, and the women ravished; and half of the city shall go forth into captivity, and the residue of the people shall not be cut off from the city.
Then shall the LORD go forth, and fight against those nations, as when he fought in the day of battle.
