Teacher Introduction

This lesson will allow students to explore the innovations and influences Ancient Romans had on us today. Focusing on the areas of architecture, religion and government students will find similarities and keep a log of the findings in a Time Machine Log.

Students will have the opportunity to write a letter to Julius Cesar, taking the role of U.S. president. They will thank him for the influences his civilizations has had on our society.
