Part I: Research in Analytics

I focus on developing novel algorithms to address common issues in analytics. I also work on applying analytics to real business problems.

My current research approach is:

(1) Translate business problems into specific analytics problems

(2) Generalise various analytics problems into fundamental problems that requires significant research attention

To this end, I work with organisations to better understand problems that occur in the real world. Through such practical experience, I generalise and formulate important and meaningful research problems.
