Testimonials

I love to hear from my clients, so feel free to drop me a line.

I have been training with Amy Culp for almost 2 years now. I came to her with multiple tennis injuries, she has crossed trained and strengthened me that I have had very little injury issues since. I was having to see a Physical Therapist often, but since I’ve been going to Amy, I’ve only been to a PT once in the last two years. She has really made a difference, not only regarding my tennis injuries but my overall health.

Amy loves what she does and it really shows. She takes such a personal interest in her clients, she is not only my trainer but a very close friend. She has such a great and caring personality, that you will have a great time while getting in the best shape of your life.

Amy is an amazing trainer. She listens to your goals and helps you achieve them. When I first started training with Amy, I gave her four things I wanted to accomplish and the time frame in which I wanted to accomplish them. She trained me in a way that pushed me to achieve my goals…and I did!

She always puts her clients first and is very accommodating to demanding jobs. The training gym is a very friendly place and not intimidating. I would recommend Amy without reservation.

Jeanette (63-year-old, breast cancer survivor)

I have worked out at LifeForce Fitness with Amy Culp for more than five years. She is an excellent trainer who makes each session "just hard enough" and pushes me to constantly improve my fitness level. Amy's friendship, sense of humor and genuine Christian care and concern for all her clients are just a few reasons training with Amy is something I always look forward to and hate to miss!

I met Amy Culp and joined LifeForce Personal Fitness during my treatment for breast cancer. I was 41 years old, in the middle of chemo treatments, and had never worked out in a gym before. It was such a positive influence for me during this period in my life.

I hope my friendship with Amy will last a life time as will the workout habits I learned!!

It has been nearly a year and half since I came to you with a lame body. A body that was continually being re-injured because I did not know what type of exercise I could safely do. When I reflect back to our first meeting, I was afraid I would be intimidated by a "Trainer" because I had never used a "Trainer" before. My fears were immediately eased as I watched you work with another client who had special needs. Then we chatted and a connection was immediately forming. When you took time out of your busy day to go with me to my chiropractor to review my x-rays, I knew your training was going to be the right match for me. You went the extra mile to learn what I could and could not do for strength training.

So here we are a year and a half later; I am stronger, less injured and proud to say I have a "Trainer" who knows my strengths and weaknesses. I feel I am still a work in progress, and aren't we all! Not only do I have the best "Trainer" possible for my needs but I have gained a dear and wonderful friend. Cheese, excuse me Cheers to you my dear friend and "Trainer"!

Love ya
