I am an applied microeconomist who uses causal inference and behavioral methods to evaluate the impact of traditional and innovative healthcare delivery and tax collection models.

I am particularly interested in the effects and unintended consequences of government programs such as Medicaid and disruptive market innovations such as retail health clinics and telehealth.

I have published 11 articles in journals such as BMC Health Services Research, the Journal of Behavioral and Experimental Economics and FinanzArchiv.

As an Assistant Professor of Economics at the University of Michigan-Dearborn, I teach microeconomics, health economics and public finance.
