I completed my schooling at Jadavpur Vidyapith, Kolkata, which is a model school of Jadavpur University. In the Madhyamik Examination (10th standard), I achieved a score of 86% and secured the 42nd position in the year 1990. Similarly, in the Higher Secondary Examination (10+2nd standard), I scored 90% and ranked 7th in West Bengal in 1992.
Following that, I pursued my Undergraduate degree in Bachelor of Electronics and Telecommunication Engineering at Jadavpur University. I secured the 66th position in the Joint Entrance Examination (WB-JEE). Upon completion of my degree in 1998, I achieved first class first in the department and second in the engineering faculty. During the convocation, I was honored with 5 gold and silver medals.
Subsequently, I entered the industry and currently work at Interra. I have been recognized with 3 corporate awards, including Interra's prestigious Eagle award, for my exceptional performance.
In addition to my professional endeavors, I am actively involved in academia. I contribute to curriculum revision and mentor students. I serve as a board member of observers for the IC Center of Excellence in the Electronics Department at Jadavpur University. I played a key role in establishing a Digital VLSI laboratory through the Synopsys initiative. Furthermore, I conduct workshops in various engineering colleges such as NIT Trichy.
