Honor Guard

The Honor Guard was formed to fulfill the need for a proper military service group to perform the final honors for deceased veterans in a manner fitting their sacrifices given to the United States of America.

Training of rendering proper funeral honors was provided by active duty military members from the 99th RSC CASOPS and each member received a certificate of completion and a lapel pin. Re-certification is performed every few years.

The Honor Guards uniforms are purchased and maintained by each member and can cost in excess of $800.

This all volunteer group performs funeral honors for no fee. Donations will be gratefully accepted.
