BUSINESS WISDOM
MEDITATION WORKSHOP
Experiential Learning Presented by Americ Azevedo
Learn how to make meditation practice a part of your fast-paced life. More than ever we need to know what’s important. Making money is no longer enough; many people now want a meaningful life, a life of real wealth. The calming and clarity that meditation brings, facilitates a balance and a deepening of our lives; and it increases effectiveness in school and the workplace as well. We will tap into ancient Eastern wisdom, from a business perspective, with the Tao Te Ching, Bhagavad Gita, I Ching, and Shambhala: The Sacred Path of the Warrior. We will integrate this wisdom into our lives by way of dialogue, brief talks, and meditation practices.
