• A script in Mathematica 9.0 to compute Quantum Discord for 2 qubit system is available here.
• A very simple .xls spreadsheet to calculate n-tangle (with n=3 and 4 qubits) is available here.
• A program (in MATLAB R2016a) to execute quantum state tomography (QST) for 2 qubit system in NMR is available here.
• A script in MATLAB R2016a for quantum state tomography for 4 qubit homo-nuclear system in NMR is available here. This program is capable of doing QST directly from Bruker FT 600 MHz NMR spectrometer!
• A MATLAB script by Colm Rayan for GRAPE is available here.
• A julia package by Marcus P. da Silva for QST and QPT with inbuilt MLE and chi-square statistic to construct valid density matrix compatible with experimental data is available here.
