I have a Certificate in Initial Counselling Skills CPCAB which I took at Waltham Forest College. Between 2004-2005 I got GCSE Psychology. Subsequently, I achieved an NCFE Level 3 Certificate in Counselling Skills and Theory at the Redbridge Institute of Adult Education and later a Level 3 Certificate in Counselling Studies CPCAB at Epping Forest College.
I did my Core Practitioner training at Goldsmiths College, University of London where I gained a Postgraduate Diploma in Counselling. I hold a BA in Women’s Studies which I received from the University of East London.
I am a Registered Member of BACP and I adhere to their code of Ethics and Practice.
I have several years of experience of working in a Mental Health organisation as a counsellor with a great variety of clients.
Other training courses I have completed include: Introduction to CBT, Mindfulness: Stress-Reduction and Well-Being and Working with Borderline Personality Disorder
