The institute was conceptualized during the founding faculty's work days in Bengaluru, India between 2019 and 2022. During this period he discovered the principle of information being all pervading as a key liberating principle. By information was meant an informative state as opposed to vegetative.

The web design and web identity was formalized in early to mid 2025.
