SECOND NOTICE OF 2019 ANNUAL MEETING AND ELECTION OF DIRECTORS

Date: October 21^st, 2019

To: All Alvarado Condominium Association Members

SECOND NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, in accordance with Chapter 718.112, Florida Statutes and Florida Administrative Code Rule 61B Elections that at least 14 days prior to elections of Directors, Second Notice will be mailed or delivered to all voting members, along with agenda and limited Proxy forms as required.

TIME and DATE - 7:00 p.m. - Monday, November 4^th, 2019

LOCATION - Unit of Paul and Barbara Major, 10597 Alvarado Court

NOTICE: Regarding the ELECTION OF DIRECTORS

There were seven (7) directors’ seats available for the 2019/2020 Board of Directors. Seven (7) owners provided proper notice to the Association to have their name added to the 2019/2020 ballot of potential board candidates. Therefore, an election for directors will not be necessary, only an installation of directors; the seven (7) candidates (names provided below) will become the Board of Directors for 2019/2020. The Election of Officers will be held at the Organizational Meeting, immediately following the Annual Members Meeting.

· Discussion of Projected Year-End 2019 Budget and Reserve Results

· Discussion of 2020 Budget and Reserve Requirements

· Membership Vote on Waiver of Reduced Reserve Funding for 2020 Budget

ü Member’s Meeting Adjournment

In Addition:

Immediately following the Annual Members Meeting there will be an Organizational Meeting of the new Board to Elect Officers, and such other business as may be required, including a vote on adoption of the proposed 2020 Budget. The Agenda for that meeting will be as follows:

If you cannot attend the meeting, a proxy form has been provided, or may be obtained from the Association Secretary, Ruth Leonardo, 10596 Alvarado Court, Seminole, FL 33772.

Please note the following about Proxies:

A proxy is for the purpose of establishing a quorum and appointing another person to vote for you as you specifically direct (except for non-substantive items) in the event that you might not be able to attend the meeting. If you appoint a proxy and later decide that you will be able to attend the meeting in person, you may withdraw your proxy prior to the start of the meeting. A Proxy form cannot be used for the election of Board members at the Annual Meeting.
