SECOND NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, in accordance with Chapter 718.112, Florida Statutes and Florida Administrative Code Rule 61B Elections that at least 14 days prior to elections of Directors, Second Notice will be mailed or delivered to all voting members, along with agenda and limited Proxy forms as required.
TIME and DATE - 7:00 p.m. - Monday, November 2nd, 2020
LOCATION - Unit of Paul and Barbara Major, 10597 Alvarado Court
NOTICE: Regarding the ELECTION OF DIRECTORS
There were seven (7) directors’ seats available for the 2020/2021 Board of Directors. Seven (7) owners provided proper notice to the Association to have their name added to the 2020/2021 ballot of potential board candidates. Therefore, an election for directors will not be necessary, only an installation of directors; the seven (7) candidates (names provided below) will become the Board of Directors for 2020/2021. The Election of Officers will be held at the Organizational Meeting, immediately following the Annual Members Meeting.

If you cannot attend the meeting, a proxy form has been provided, or may be obtained from the Association Secretary, Ruth Leonardo, 10596 Alvarado Court, Seminole, FL 33772.
Please note the following about Proxies:
A proxy is for the purpose of establishing a quorum and appointing another person to vote for you as you specifically direct (except for non-substantive items) in the event that you might not be able to attend the meeting. If you appoint a proxy and later decide that you will be able to attend the meeting in person, you may withdraw your proxy prior to the start of the meeting. A Proxy form cannot be used for the election of Board members at the
