Personal problems and stress can cause fear and uncertainty.

Almost everyone finds it difficult to make decisions that will bring about a sense of relief and closure.

Most decision making comes with lots of self doubt about what is the right decision and what it should look and feel like. It can bring on feelings of anxiety, depression, stress and self doubt. Self doubt in paricular, can cause negative thoughts that keep repeating over and over again in your mind. Uncertainty then attaches itself to the original thought which makes decision making even harder.

Unfortunately life does not come with a manual or a set of instructions to help you resolve these problems. But....
