History

All-In TheNydus was announced in November 2016 under the original name, Team Allin All-Kill League. This name would change a few times before finally settling on the current. Late November the Discord server was created and 10 teams joined in preparation to compete in season 1. This would eventually fall to 9 teams when season 1 was ready to begin.

In December 2016 the initial map pool was voted in by the team captains and TechFour. During the voting process many teams hosted clan wars using potential maps to gauge the play-ability of said maps. Two of these clan wars were casted by The Nydus as part of their regular Saturday clan war series. The map pool was eventually decided on and soon after The Nydus agreed to partner up on the project. At this time the league name was changed to All-In TheNydus. By the end of December all of the league rules were put in place and approved by team captains. Also at this time the website was created and went live to all members of the community. At this time there was still a significant amount of work to be done on the website but it was released anyway to begin building hype and get people used to referencing it.

Season 1 officially started January 8th, 2017. Since then many other seasons have been ran. Besides being known for utilizing community designed maps, All-In TheNydus has become known for very long seasons and even longer offseasons. Eventually the league grew to the point where it opened up an EU division and runs to this day as two separate leagues, utilizing the same rules, for both NA and EU based teams.
