Chia-Lun(Allen) Lo 羅家倫 PhD, PMP

Dr. Lo received his MS degree in Health Care Administration from Taipei Medical University, e-commerce & Business analysis from National Sun Yat-sen University, CIS from University of Oregon and Ph.D. degree in information system management , National Chung Cheng University (CCU), Taiwan.

Now, He is an associate professor in the Department of Health-Business Administration of the Fooyin university in Kaohsiung, Taiwan.

His research interests include Healthcare information management, big data processing, business intelligence & data mining application, decision analysis and human resource planning in healthcare organizations. He also conducts several projects about data analysis and healthcare organization administration.
