I am the Chris M. Bauer Chair in Finance and an associate professor in the department of Finance, Investment, and Banking at the Wisconsin School of Business.
Before joining the University of Wisconsin, I was at the Bank of Canada in the financial stability, financial markets, and economic & financial research departments. I have a PhD from Queen's University.
My research examines pricing, competition, and the role of frictions in credit markets as well as financial markets. It also aims to address issues around bank fragility and resolution.
