Before an appointment, you will need to go to my virtual waiting area: https://doxy.me/alicemayall Once you are in the virtual waiting area, I can connect with you via video or audio chat at the time of the appointment.
It may be helpful to practice going to the site, to increase your comfort level and to confirm that your computer's internet connection, speaker, and camera are compatible. If you have questions about the site or how to use it, please go to https://doxy.me/patients.
If you are not able to have an internet based appointment through the Doxy.me website, we may be able to have a phone appointment as the regulations for telehealth during this time (as of March 2020) are somewhat relaxed to allow for distant access to health care.
