In 1998 graduated from the Faculty of Economics of the Ivan Franko State University, majoring in economic cybernetics, with the qualification of economist-mathematician.

In 2003 defended his dissertation on the topic "Optimization of forest use on the basis of ecological and economic criteria (on the example of enterprises of the Ukrainian Carpathians)" in the specialty - economics of nature use and environmental protection.

In 2006 awarded the academic title of associate professor of the Department of Ecological Economics.

Teaching, scientific and methodological work was carried out within the framework of international projects ENARECO ("Economics of the environment and natural resources", T_JEP 10255-96), Dissemination ENARECO (D_CP-20575-1999 ), Sustainable Production and Consumption (IIIEE, Lund, Sweden), Baltic XXI Prestudy (County Administrative Board of Stockholm) and others. Teaching, training, participation in conferences and seminars took place in:
