Hello and welcome to my personal website!

I am a researcher in AI applied to development of assistive technologies with high social impact, such as autonomous driving and socially assistive robotics.

After reading Duda's book "Pattern classification", I became passionate about AI.

I obtained my Ph.D. degree in AI from the Technical University of Madrid, Spain, in 2011.

Since then, I was a two-times holder of a Marie Skłodowska-Curie Postdoctoral Fellowship working on socially assistive robotics.

I currently work in FICOSA, a Tier 1 automotive company based in Barcelona, Spain, where I occupy two roles:

• R&D acquisition funding lead

• AI Team lead for Advanced Driver-Assistance Systems (ADAS)
