I received a Ph.D. in Economics from George Mason University in 2012. My research interests are at the intersection of the fields of political economy, public choice, healthcare policy and health innovation, and the political economy of healthcare. On these topics, I published research papers in peer-reviewed academic journals as  Economica, Economics & Politics, Public Choice, The European Journal of Political Economy, Kyklos, and Health Economics. In 2020 I wrote a co-authored book on the political economy of healthcare, published by Cambridge University Press in June 2020.
