Welcome to my website!

I am a senior research economist in the Public Sector division of the Bank of Spain since September 2026. Previously, I worked for eight years at the International Monetary Fund in the Research Department (World Economic Studies division), Fiscal Affairs Department (Fiscal Policy & Survaillance division), and African Department (Regional Studies division).

My main research interests span Macroeconomics, Fiscal Policy, Macro-Labor, Development Economics, and Demographics.

I completed my Ph.D. in Economics at the European University Institute under the supervision of Profs. Evi Pappa and Juan Dolado.
Previously, I studied at Bocconi University (MSc. Economics) and London School of Economics (BSc. Econometrics and Mathematical Economics).
