• Provided bio-informatic support for an institute of 130 researchers at the University of Luxembourg
• Implemented bio-informatic workflows to detect genetic variations from 100s of gigabytes of DNA sequencing data on a high-performance computing cluster
• Improved quality of whole genome sequencing data from 70 % to 95 % accuracy, which was demonstrated using RNA-sequencing of the same biological sample
