I am an Assistant Professor in the Department of Political Science at Stanford University.  During the 2024-25 academic year I am on leave at Oxford University. I  study the political economy of climate change and global governance.  I received a Ph.D. from Princeton University, an M.S. from Georgetown University, and a B.A. from New York University.
