Check These Before You Call For Service :

You may be asked the following if you call, to help you only get what is broken fixed.

• • check that your thermostat is calling for heating or cooling

  • check the thermostat batteries (change quickly to avoid losing a program)

  • check your filter. A plugged one can cause many problems.

  • check that the electrical switch is on to the furnace or A/C

  • check to make sure the gas is on to the furnace
