Biography
Ahmet Dikici received the B.Sc. degree in Computer Engineering in 2002, the M.Sc. degree in Software Engineering in 2005 and the Ph.D. degree in Information Systems in 2016 from Middle East Technical University in Ankara, Turkey. He has 18 years of experience in software engineering field as a software engineer, project team leader, project manager and quality manager.
He has theoretical and practical skills in the areas of requirements engineering, object oriented analysis and design, design patterns and process improvement. His expertise lies in software development and management processes with a special focus on software quality. During his career, he has been involved in various projects in public and defense sectors. He has worked as a Project Manager between 2010 and 2019 and has professional experience in various aspects of software project management. He has worked as Quality and Strategy Management Unit Manager at TÜBİTAK BİLGEM Software Technologies Research Institute between 2017 and 2020. He is currently working as Software Engineering Team Leader at ASELSAN.
His research interests include software engineering, business process management, process modeling and process improvement. He is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) since 2010 and holds PSM 1, PSPO 1, TOGAF, CSM, COSMIC, SCWCD and SCJP certificates.
