Kabam Issue

I had put my troops on the wall to capture souls of my friend's troops when I was spied by another player. I tried to unwall but couldn't and then the other player attacked, and I still couldn't unwall. This is unfair, I was online, had a chance to save my troops by unwalling, but couldn't because of some "Unknown Error".

I have stopped playing the game and will not play until and unless this issue is fixed. If Kabam is unable or unwilling to return my troops, I would request them to delete my account, and ALL associated information from their servers, including but not limited to, my email addresses, my presence in the game (cities and outposts), and my account on the forum.
