Bio
I am a faculty member in Finance at the University of Melbourne, where I also serve on MELNET and the Wireless Innovation Lab (WILAB). Prior to this, I held a Research Associate position at the Centre for Energy‑Efficient Telecommunications within the Melbourne School of Engineering—a joint venture between Bell Labs and the university—and was a Fellow at the Centre of Business Analytics, Melbourne Business School.
My research and teaching concentrate on the life‑cycle and sustainability of global, industry, firm, and people networks. Within firm and people networks, I examine human and social capital at both board and employee levels and organizational capital, probing how these drive long‑term resilience and value creation.
I have been a visiting research scholar at WU Vienna University of Economics and Business (Austria), WHU Otto Beisheim School of Management (Germany), the University of Colorado (USA), the University of St. Gallen (Switzerland), and Hochschule Lucerne (Switzerland). In addition to extensive industry experience, I maintain active research collaborations with a range of corporate partners.
