AGESO has a strong team of hands-on training and support staff.

The organisation is managed by a Board of Trustees. The day-to-day running of the organisation and its activities is managed by the Director,who works with a team of Executive Committee .In order to discharge its mandate effectively,AGESO has divided its operations into 3 distinct services.

These are:

1. Training,
2. Marketing,
3. Promotion and Consultancy.

These services are provided by the following three departments:

• Training department, whose responsibilities also include training of member-farmers, stakeholders and organizing regional workshops.
• Consultancy department, which handles participatory on-farm research, consultancy services and demonstration services.Also offers information and referral services.
• Information department, whose tasks include managing the Society various publications.Also offers information and referral services, and works to educate the community about sustainable farming.
