Software Skills
My programming and background experience are mainly related to the use of the statistical software R for which I possess advanced skills
Other statistical software I used and for which I have good skills are MatLab and Stata
During my research, I have acquired a strict familiarity with some statistical software that are specifically designed for implementing Bayesian models using Markov chain Monte Carlo (MCMC) methods such as OpenBUGS, JAGS and more recently STAN
I possess some good programming knowledge for the software VBA, mostly for statistical modelling tasks using spreadsheet software (e.g. Microsoft Excel)
I have basic knowledge for standard markup language (HTML) for documents designed to be displayed in a web browser
I have become very familiar with R Markdown, a file format for making dynamic documents, which is based on markdown (an easy-to-write plain text format) and chunks of embedded R code. I have gained a certain proficiency to write dynamic documents using R Markdown, which I use to write my own webpage through the R package blogdown and the static site generator Hugo
