Gold Bracket
Pool play for the gold bracket consists of 5 pools: two five team pools and three four team pools for a total of 22 teams. Each team plays every team in their pool once. After each game, each team is awarded a win or a loss and records their final score. A point percentage will be calculated by dividing the number of points given up by the other team by the total number of points scored. The two highest percentage teams from each pool will move on to the playoff round. Based on point percentages, the four lowest ranked teams of the ten will play each other for elimination (labeled L1-4). Playoff teams (P1-8) will then play each other based on point percentage rank for elimination in a standard tournament setup.
Silver Bracket
Pool play for the silver bracket consists of 8 pools of four teams for a total of 32 teams. Each team plays every team in their pool once. After each game, each team is awarded a win or loss and records their final score. A point percentage will be calculated by dividing the number of points given up by the other team by the total number of points scored. The highest percentage team from each pool will move on to the playoff round. Playoff teams (P1-8) will then play eachother based on point percentage rank for elimination in a standard tournament setup.
Bronze Bracket
Pool play for the bronze bracket consists of 6 pools of five teams for a total of 30 teams. Each team plays every team in their pool once. After each game each team is awarded a win or a loss and records their final score. A point percentage will be calculated by dividing the number of points given up by the other team by the total number of points scored. The highest percentage team from each pool will move on to the playoff round. Playoff teams (P1-8) will then play eachother based on point percentage rank for elimination in a standard tournament set up apart from one caviat. After the first round of playoffs, three teams move to the second round with an additional 'Wild' team chosen with the next highest point percentage, allowing for four teams in the second round of playoffs.
