Presidents of AEI,
We’re happy to announce several newly created resources for you & your local chapter! [i.e. AEI Student Portal, Internal Presidents Site, Website Pilot Program ]
Our vision when elected back in April 2011 focused around communication and transparency. Since elected, the three of us have been hard at work creating new communication resources for local AEI chapters. Here are a few new resources & upcoming National AEI events.

Host the 2014 AEI National Student Conference
1st: Send a “Letter of Intent” stating University intent to submit a proposal to the AEI Board of Governors (c/o Jennifer Balsley, jbalsley@asce.org), by February 17, 2011
2nd: Present proposal at the 2012 conference (Presentation Template Here)
3rd: A 2014 host will be chosen at the 2012 conference in order to allow 2 years for planning
Elections
Fri, Apr. 20th at 12pm during Student Program of AEI Conference
Each school receives 1 vote per officer candidate

Along with these new resources available to local chapters, a new requirement is that each chapter must submit an Annual Report due February 1st of every year.
