Why Engage in Professional Development

Learning is a lifelong pursuit. Just as students continue to learn, so must teachers. Professional development helps teachers grow as teachers and also helps schools get the entire faculty onto the same page, to create a measure of consistency across the school and consistently improve the quality of education.
