一、實驗室對外開放注意事項 

1. 試片表面須乾淨,表面不可太過粗糙,否則無法進行量測。

2. 試片熔點不可低於加熱溫度,否則造成載台汙損,須照價賠償。

3. 預約測試前務必與儀器操作人員討論樣品。

 Notice

1. Sample surface has to be clean with low surface roughness.

2. The melting point of sample can NOT be lower than that of heating temperatures, or the chamber will be contaminated and any fix and maintenance fee will be charged.

3. Before booking, you MUST bring your sample to discuss with the operator. Any booking without discussion will be canceled.
