Chapter rules governing our general membership are as follows:
Annual memberships run from January through December. First year's dues are $200. Thereafter, annual dues are $90 for members who put in at least 12 service hours for the chapter. If less than 12 service hours are worked, dues remain at $200 annually.
All new members must attend a range orientation before receiving a membership card and the gate code or being considered an active member.
Membership dues and fees for renewal are due no later than the date of the general membership meeting in February each year. Renewals received after this date must include an additional $10 for late processing.
Memberships officially lapse on March 31st. Lapsed members must attend a range orientation before receiving a new membership card and being considered an active member.
Guests are allowed on the grounds and authorized to shoot ONLY if they have been registered prior to shooting, have paid their guest fee, and are accompanied by an active member.
Outside organizations, groups, or clubs may use the grounds only with advance permission from the chapter's Board of Directors. The group must designate a responsible adult leader who will be fully accountable to the Board. The Board reserves the right to require a deposit for the grounds use.
Contact information for range orientation or guest registration is available on the gate sign or at chapter meetings. Regular chapter meetings are held in the grounds clubhouse at 7:00 p.m. on the third Monday of each month, January through October.
