1995
ADON OOD was established in 1995 with the main activity trade in metals and metal products.
1998
In 1998, the company opened its office near the Danube Bridge and the Port of Ruse East. It became a founder and member of one of the three commodity exchanges licensed in Bulgaria - Ruse Commodity Exchange AD with its own accredited brokers at Ruse Commodity Exchange AD.
2002
In 2002, ADON OOD opened an office and sheet metal cutting workshop on the territory of the Port of Ruse East. It put into operation a line for cutting sheet metal from 0.4 to 0.8 mm. Moreover, it became a member of Sofia Commodity Exchange AD with its accredited brokers.
2005-2008
Company ADON OOD designed, manufactured and implemented its line for cutting sheet metal with a thickness of 0.8 to 3 mm. In 2005. In 2008, it designed, manufactured, and implemented its line for cutting sheet metal with a thickness of 2.5 to 6 mm.
2011 till today
ADON bought machines and opened new activities - production of spare parts for Russian trailers, Russian fertilizer spreading trailers and Russian feed distribution trailers, chain conveyors, chain wheels for conveyors, conveyors for IFA, pasture feeder for round bales, spare parts for combine harvesters - counter drums and ramming board, mixers for manure, fertilizers, and fodder, circular chains. The company masters the production of various metal products.
2013
The company purchased land for the construction of a new production base in 2013. In the same year, it designed and manufactured wind pumps for irrigation.

ADON OOD owns lines for cutting sheet metal from coils with a thickness between 0.4 and 6 mm. and can produce such on demand.
Sheet metal cross-cutting line 0.4 to 0.8 x up to 1250mm. Accuracy in length and diagonal ± 1.0 mm.
Sheet metal cross-cutting line 0.8 to 3.0 x 1250. Accuracy in length and diagonal ± 1.0 mm.
Sheet metal cross-cutting line 2.5 to 6.0 x 1500. Accuracy in length ± 3.0 mm.
