Beginners: PK - 2nd Graders
We hold our Beginners practices at the ADM High School wrestling room located in the MS/HS Building, 801 Nile Kinnick Dr S, Adel, IA 50003. Practices are on Tuesday nights from 6:30 PM - 8:00 PM starting on Nov. 5th through early February. If school is cancelled for inclement weather we will not hold practice in the evening. Intermediate and Advanced: 3rd - 6th Graders
We hold our Intermediate and Advanced practices at the ADM High School wrestling room located in the MS/HS Building, 801 Nile Kinnick Dr S, Adel, IA 50003. Both groups will practice at the same time and same location but will have different instruction. Practices are on Mondays and Thursdays nights from 6:30 PM - 8:00 PM starting on November 4th through early February. If school is cancelled for inclement weather we will not hold practice in the evening. Go to Calendars
