Career Experience

• [September-2005 to February-2006] trained at MobileCom Company (Orange) in technical support department, especially RF department.

Responsibilities:

Perform periodical network drive-test and after the integration of new network element, upgrading, trail of new features, deployment of changes.

Performs Routine Maintenance work on Radio Base Station and Base Station

Controllers according to agreed schedules, and reports the assignments status to the supervisor in due time.

Report on Network performance, quality of service and captured problems in the field and take appropriate action to improve RF performance.
