[Congratulations!] Dr. YASIN got a new job (Professor)

We are proud to announce that Dr. Dawit Musse Yasin has been appointed as an Assistant Professor at Gachon University, with his appointment commencing in March 2026.
Dr. Yasin has been a dedicated member of the ADLAM Laboratory. He earned his Ph.D. in August 2025 and continued contributing to the laboratory as a postdoctoral researcher through February 2026. His research has centered on advanced design methodologies and laser processing technologies aimed at enhancing the performance of proton exchange membrane fuel cells, thereby contributing to the advancement of clean energy systems.
Throughout his doctoral and postdoctoral career, Dr. Yasin has demonstrated outstanding academic productivity and research excellence, including:
Publication of 4 SCI-indexed journal articles, with 5 jorurnal papers currently in preparation or under review
Presentation of his work at 34 international and domestic conferences
Filing of 5 patents
Receipt of 8 academic and research awards, including the prestigious Kongju National University President’s Award
Gachon University is a leading comprehensive private institution in South Korea. As of 2021, it comprises 14 colleges, 8 divisions, and 46 departments, serving approximately 22,000 students, including more than 2,600 graduate students.
