The Fall Conference of the Chungcheong Branch of the Korean Society of Mechanical Engineers (KSME) was held from November 10, 2025, at Chungnam National University, Korea. During this event, Mr. Seungeun Baek presented the following research:

Following a rigorous competitive review, this study was selected to receive the Excellent Paper Award. The award was presented at the conference in recognition of the work’s originality, its technical depth, and its meaningful contribution to the advancement of laser-based processing technologies, particularly in the fabrication of carbon-nanotube composite bipolar plates
