From May 19 to 21, 2025, the Spring Conference of the Korean Society of Laser Processing (KSLP) was held at St. John’s Hotel in Gangneung, Korea. At this conference, Mr. Dongkyu Kim presented the following paper:
Dongkyu Kim, Dongkyoung Lee*, Seungeun Baek, “Optimization Study of Hole Drilling in Aluminum Nitride Using Femtosecond Pulsed Laser”, KSLP Spring Conference, Gangneung, Korea, 2025.
Following a competitive evaluation process, these work were selected for the Excellent Paper Award and Excellent Poster Award, repectively, which were formally conferred during the conference in recognition of its originality, technical depth, and contribution to the advancement of laser processing technologies.
