In 2013, I was a SURF/Anselm Fellow in the Summer Undergraduate Research Fellowship program at UC Berkeley. For my project, I spent a lot of time in the Special Collections of Green Library at Stanford, where Allen Ginsberg's archives are housed.
You can find my preliminary report of my findings here, in an article titled "The Statement of Who?: The Narrative of the Howl Trial and its Discontents," in volume 26, issue 3 of the Berkeley Undergraduate Journal (2013).
