• Winner National CEIBIC Cleantech Innovation Challenge 2023 for research work on Even light sharing Agrivoltaics technology by SocialAlpha, Clean Energy International Incubation Centre supported by Tata Power, Tata trust, Department of Biotechnology Govt. of India, KSEB, K-DISC, EMC and ANERT Kerala.

• DST-Solar Challenge Award, 2023 (Team achievement), Co-PI, leading the work package on enhancing the power output from small area DSSC through the integration of proprietary planar light concentrator optics design.

• National Research Innovation Challenge (NRIC), 2022 for research work on innovative light management technologies for Agrivoltaics and BIPV sectors, by KSUM in partnership with the Office of the Principal Scientific Adviser to the Govt. of India.

• DST-INSPIRE Faculty Award, 2016 in Engineering and Technology Stream, Indian National Science Academy (2016-2021).

• Global Innovation call for Agrivoltaics 2022: Our even light sharing AgriPV solution got selected by NineSigma for Total Energies, France (NDA signed).

• Falling Walls Lab India 2021: Our invention of an innovative planar light concentrator that reduces the bulkiness of conventional solar concentrators was the finalist in this pitching contest.

• Among Top 4 academia innovation (multifunctional sunscreens), Grand Innovation Challenge session at the 1st Global Innovation Summit November 18-19, 2021, Indian Pharmaceutical Alliance.
