Our app uses face recognition technology to verify employee identity during attendance processes such as clock-in and clock-out.

Data Collected:
A facial image is captured at the time of clock-in or clock-out.
Processing:
The captured image is securely transmitted to Microsoft Azure Face API, which analyzes the image and returns a verification result. The processing is performed solely for the purpose of confirming identity.
Storage:
The facial image and any associated biometric data are not stored permanently. Only a non-biometric reference (such as Employee ID and Attendance Record) is stored in our secure system for attendance tracking.
Third-Party Access:
Only Microsoft Azure Face API is used for image processing. No facial or biometric data is shared with any other third parties.
Retention:
All facial data is deleted immediately after verification is complete.
User Consent:
Users are informed and provide explicit consent before any facial data is collected or processed.
Security:
All communications and data transmissions are encrypted using HTTPS. The processing and handling of biometric data comply with applicable data protection and privacy regulations including PDPA (Singapore) and GDPR principles.
