'Right-click' on the tray icon and select "Settings" to get this dialog box. Enter the values as desired. Short description for all values is given beside it. Click on "More Settings" button to get settings for "Reload", "Transparent Color" etc. Enable the "Preview mode" to see the image adjust as you change the values of size, position etc.
