BASIC PROVISIONS OF THE PARTICIPATION AGREEMENT;

  • All BUYERS are required to enroll their CONDOMINIUM UNIT in the condotel participation pool.

  • Each BUYER will be required to purchase the FITOUT & JOINING FEE packages of the required Furniture. Fixtures and operating supplies, which shall form part of the initial purchase.

  • The total room nights available from the total number of CONDOMINIUM UNITS enrolled in the PARTICIPATION POOL is then made available by the HOTEL OPERATION to the public through the HOTEL OPERATOR’S website, the QUEST HOTEL .reservation sytem.choose, global distribution systems, And other distribution source that the HOTEL OPERATOR may choose, in addition to being supported by CHROMA HOSPITALITY INC’s local, regional. And global sale support infrastructure

  • The HOTEL OPERATOR shall have exclusive rights to lease the CONDOMINIUM UNIT to its hotel Guest;

  • Each BUYER shall be entitled to use their CONDOMINIUM UNIT for FREE for 14 nights every year. The BUYER shall inform the HOTEL OPERATOR in advance of their intention to do so. BUYERS are advised to Give 180-days’ notice if they intend to avail of this benefit although if BUYER’ unit is available at short notice, there are no restriction.

In the event that the BUYER CONDOMINIUM UNIT is occupied .the HOTEL OPERATOR shall offer an alternate similar unit, under the same conditions.

  • Net proceeds from the participation Pool will be distributed on a semi-annual basis.

In the unlikely event that the revenues from the hotel operations are not enough to cover the hotel operating expenses ,a special assessment shall be levied by the hotel operator from all the members of the Participation pool
