ACK Process Asset Library

ACKnowledge developed the Defense Information Services Agency Agile Process and extended use across DoD as COCOMs, Services and other Agencies adopted ACK Agile as best practice for their use.

The ACK Agile Processes can be reviewed from the Agile Process Overview which summarizes overall agile process and each functional area (IA, Test, CM, RM) and provides links to specific procedures and Templates that are reusable and tailorable for projects large and small.

From Requirements development through release planning to sprint level design, test and required deliverables (VDD, SAM, SUM) the ACK templates will help produce consistent and easy to complete products for large and complex to small agile projects.
