What is ACE?

ACE (Automated Commercial Environment) is a U.S. Customs and Border Protection technology for a single window and paperless approach through which the trade community reports import activity to the government for admissibility. In other words, ACE allows all U.S. Customs entries, PGA data (i.e. FDA, USDA, EPA, etc.) be submitted via one platform.
